狼毒类中药对结核杆菌抗菌作用的比较

Comparative Observation on the lnhibitory Effect against Tuberculous Bacillus of Chinese Drug Langdu

对１２种狼毒类中药的乙醇提取物进行了结核杆菌的体外抑菌试验，实验结果表明，１２种狠毒均有不同程度的抑菌作用。其中以狠毒大戟（Ｅｕｐｈｏｒｂｉａｆｉｓｃｈｅｒｉａｎａ）根、大狠毒（Ｅ．ｎｅｍａｔｏｃｙｐｈａ）根的抑菌作用最强。

This paper presents the experimental results of the inhibitory effects against tuberculous bacillus of the alcohol extracts of Chinese drug,Langdu.All twelve kinds of Langdu tested have the antibacterial activity against tuberculous bacillus in varying degree and of them,Euphorbia fischeriana and E.nematocypha are the most effective.
