摘要
用正交试验法探讨了葡萄糖醛酸内酯为原料生产肝泰乐注射液的处方筛选及工艺过程。用恒温经典法预测了产品的贮存期为２．７５年，对３批产品作了留样观察，结果有效期为２．５年，色泽、含量等各项指标均符合规定。
Orthogonal test was utilized for screening of the formula of glucurone injections and the producing method used glucurone as material.The storage time was forecasted as 2.75 years according to classical thermotatical method.Three groups of product were observed for 2.5 years,and the colour,content and other indices still agreed with the standards.
