摘要
研究了不同浓度氮酮对延胡索浸膏中延胡索乙素透皮吸收的影响,结果显示不同浓度的氮酮对延胡索乙素的促透作用在稳态呈线性关系,2%氮酮具最大促进作用,8h延胡索乙素的累积透过量增加了17%,稳态流量提高了5.7倍。实验中采用了一阶导数光谱法,以延胡索乙素为指标,比较延胡索的选过量,消除了皮肤对测定的干扰。
The effect of varying concentrations of Azone was evaluated by measuring the penetration of Rhizoma corydalis extraction through rat skin using in vitro.The results showed that enhancing permeative function of Azone presented linearing at steady-state.Azone at 2% was the most effective.The cumulative amount of penetrated of 2% Azone after 8 h increased by 17% and steady-state rate of penetration of 2%Azone was up to 5.7 times,comparing with the case without Azone.The penetration amount of THP in extraction at different times was compared rapidly by first derivation spectrography,and the interference of rat skin components was eliminated.
