摘要
用HPLC法分离并测定了万氏牛黄清心丸中小檗碱、巴马汀、药根碱和黄连碱的含量。采用硅胶色谱柱,以无水乙醇-3%三乙胺(92∶8)为流动相,检测波长345nm。实验结果表明样品中各组份的分离度好,四种生物碱的标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9998,0.9996和0.9994,回收率分别为99.69%±1.20%,98.38%±1.54%,95.27%±1.83%和96.32%±2.01%。与药典方法比较,更加简便、准确。
This paper describes separation and determination of berberine,palmatine,jatrorrhizine and coptisine in Wanshi Niuhuang Qingxin Wan by HPLC.The samples were analyzed on analytical silica culumn using anhydrous alcohol-3% triethylamine(92:8)as the mobil phase.Detection wavelength was 345 nm.The results indicate that this method is satisfactory for the separation of each constituent,the relative coefficient of calibration curves for four alkaloids is 0.9999,0.9993,0.9996 and 0.9994 respectively.The average recoveries are 99.6%±1.20%, 98.38%±1.54%,95.27%±1.83% and 96.32%±2.01% respectively.Compared with the method in China Pharmacopia this method was convenient and accurate.
