雷公藤巴布剂对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用

Effect of Tripterygium wilfordii PAP Patcher(TWPP) on Adjuvant Arthritis in Rats

用Ｆｒｅｕｎｄ′ｓ完全佐剂诱发大鼠产生佐剂性关节炎（ａｄｊｕｖａｎｔａｒｔｈｒｉｔｉｓ，ＡＡ），以继发性反应左后足跖的肿胀度、前肢、耳和尾部病变的发生率以及免疫器官胸腺、脾脏指数为指标，观察了雷公藤巴布剂对大鼠ＡＡ的治疗作用。结果表明，雷公藤巴布剂对ＡＡ有明显的治疗作用，其效果较等剂量口服的片剂及浸膏剂显著。

Adjuvant arthritis in rats was induced by Freund's complete adjuvant.The secondary reactions including swelling degree in left-hind feet,changes of front legs,ears and tail,and thymus and spleen indexes were oberved.The results showed significant effect of TWPP on adjuvant arthritis in rats and the effect was superior to that of tablet and extract at the same dose.
