RP－HPLC法测定紫金解毒饮中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Zijin-Jieduyin by Reversed-Phase HPLC

建立了ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定紫金解毒饮中绿原酸含量的方法。固定相ＯＤＳ－Ｃ＿（１８）柱，２５０×４．６（ｉ．ｄ．）ｍｍ，流动相甲醇－１‰磷酸水溶液－四氢呋喃（２５：６０：１５），检测波长为３２８ｎｍ。绿原酸的平均回收率为９９．２７％。本法简便、快速、重现性好，可以作为控制紫金解毒饮质量的检测手段。

A reverse-phase HPLC method was described for the determination of cholorogenic acid in Zijin-Jieduyin.The chlorogenic acid was separated on a ODS-C18 240×4.6mm column,using methanol-1‰ H3PO4 water solution-tetrahydrofuran(25:65:15) as the mobile phase,detected at 328nm.The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.27%.The method was simple,rapid,and well reproducible.It can be used as a reliable determination method for the quality control of ZijinJieduyin.
