复方南烛口服液的药理作用研究

复方南烛口服液具有抗贫血作用，能提高乙酰苯肼贫血模型鼠的红细胞数和血红蛋白量；抑制环磷酰胺所引起的小鼠白细胞数和血小板数减少，还能对抗其引起的胸腺重量下降；碳廓清试验表明可增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能；此外可延长小鼠游泳时间。复方南烛口服液的最大耐受量为１３５ｇ／ｋｇ以上。

Oral Liquid of Nan Zhu compound exerts an anti-anaemic action,it increases the red blood cells and hemoglobin in mice treated with acetyl phenyl hydrazine.It suppresses the decrease of white blood cells,platelets and the weight of thymus gland in mice caused by cyclophosphamide.It promotes the clearance rate of charcoal partices,strenthens the phagocytic function of macrophages,prolongs the swimming time in mice.The miximal tolearant dose of the compound liquid through oral administration is above 135 g/kg for mice.
