摘要
研究了从黄芩中提取得到的黄芩甙的抗氧化作用。NIH小鼠po25,50mg/kg/d黄芩甙,连续3d,可以显著抑制ipFeCl2-ADP-NADPH混合物诱导的过氧化脂质的生成,抑制率分别为75%和84%;体外试验,0.1,0.2和0.4mmol/L的黄芩甙可以显著抑制由FeCl2-AA和ADP-NADPH诱导的大鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质的生成,且呈剂量依赖关系。提示黄芩甙有良好的抗氧化作用。
The antilipid peroxidation effects of Baicalin isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.were Investigated.In vivo, po Baicalin at the dose of 25, 50 mg/kg/d×3 significantly inhibited the lipid peroxidation induced by the ip FeCl2-AA-ADP mixture and the inhibitory rates were75%and 84%respectively;In vitro,Baicalin also inhibited rat liver homegenate lipid peroxidation instimulated by FeCl2-AA and ADP-NADPH and the effects were dose-dependent. The Results demonstrated that Baicalin has strong antioxidation effects.
