板蓝根抗内毒素作用研究

Studies on the Antiendotoxic Action of Radix isatidis

１％板蓝根氯仿提取物溶液（药液）有抗大肠杆菌（Ｅ．Ｃｏｌｉ）Ｏ１１１Ｂ４内毒素（内毒素）作用。家兔热原法实验结果显示：实验组（药液２ｍｌ／ｋｇ＋内毒素４０ＥＵ／ｋｇ）、阳性对照组（内毒素４０ＥＵ／ｋｇ）、阴性对照组（药液２ｍｌ／ｋｇ）平均升温分别为０．０８，０．７７，０．１０℃。用电子显微镜观察内毒素结构形态，发现经药液作用后的内毒素由链状变为片状。鲎试验法证实，该药液稀释３２倍仍有抗内毒素作用。

The chloroform extract of Radix isatidis was shown to have remarkable antiendotoxic action by a series of experiments.1% CHCl3 extract solution(D)and E. Coli O111 B4(20 EU/ml)(E)were used in the experiments. Our experiment results have shown the averagc rising temperature(ART)in rabbit:A group:D(2 ml/kg)+E(40 EU/kg),ART:0.08℃;B group:E(40 EU/kg),ART:0.77℃;C group:D(7 ml/kg),ART:0.10℃.The endotoxin was shown to have a long chain and then to turn pieces with the effect of solution on the electron microcope.When B solution was diluted by 3 2 time,the diluted solution still exhibited an antiendotoxic activity.
