摘要
应用双波长薄层扫描法测定了风油精中蟾酥的含量。特别对蟾酥中含量较高的华蟾毒精进行了定量测定。薄层色谱条件:固定相为硅胶GF254,展开剂为苯-丙酮(7:3);λs=280nm,λR=335nm;回收率为100.6%;RSD为3.9%(n=5)。本法准确简便,也可供其它含蟾酥制剂进行定量分析。
The quantity of Venenum bufonis in Feng You Jing is determined by TLC dual wavelength scanning method.This paper only deals with the quantitative determination of cinobufagin──the main active ingredient of Venenum bufonis.The experimental conditions of TLC are as follows:silica gel-G plates with benzene-acetone(7:3V/V),determined by using Cs-9000 dual wavelength TLC scanner at λs=280 nm,λR=335 nm.Recovery is 100.6%,and RSD=3.9%(n=5). This method is accurate and convenient,and has been applied for the quality control of the Feng You Jing preparations.It can be also used as a reference for qualitative and quantitative analysis of other preparations containing Venenum bufonis.
