Study on Preparing Process of Crbonized Flos Sophorae by Multi-index Test Breakdown Formula Evaluation

应用多指标试验全概率公式评分法结合正交设计，以槐米中所含鞣质、芦丁、槲皮素为指标，探求槐米炭炮制工艺，获最佳方案为Ａ３Ｂ１Ｃ２，即铁锅温度２２０℃，加温时间２０ｍｉｎ，药材投料量１９０ｇ。

As for tonnin,rutin and quercetin contained in Flos Sophorae as indexes we used multi-index test breakdown formula evaluation combined with orthogonal design to study preparing process of carbonized Flos Sophporae.A3B1 and C2 are considered to be the best design in which the temperature of iron pot is 220℃and heating time is 20 min. The amount of medicinal materials originally used is 190 gram,the temperature of Flos Sophorae 198℃and the yield of carbonized Flos Sophorae is 82%.
