Effects of GS-Ⅰon Immune Function in Mice

肝舒１号在剂量分别为１，２，３ｇ／ｋｇ×７ｄ时，均能显著提高小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬作用和血清溶菌酶的活性以及Ｅ－花环形成率，并使幼鼠脾重显著增加，但对胸腺重量影响不显著。

The results in this experiment showed that GS-Ⅰ,a decocted preparation of proved recipe with which we treated mice at the doses of 1g,2g,and 3g/kg×7d respectively.can notably increase the phagocytosis of phagocytes,the activity of serum lysozyme,the rat,of t lymphocyte ransformation and the weight of spleen of young mice.
