Studies on Constituents of Prunella vulgaris L.

从唇形科植物夏枯草的全草中分离并鉴定了６个单体化合物：齐墩果酸（Ｉ）、β－香树脂醇（Ⅱ）、豆甾－７，２２－二烯－３－酮（Ⅲ）、α－菠甾醇（Ⅳ）、β－谷甾醇（Ⅴ）和胡萝卜甙（Ⅵ），还分离到２个各由一对立体异构体组成的混合物齐墩果烷－１２－烯－２８－醛－３β－羟基（Ⅶ）和乌索烷－１２－烯－２８－醛－３β－羟基（Ⅷ），以及齐墩果烷－１２－烯－３β，２８－二羟基（Ⅸ）和乌索烷－１２－烯－３β－，２８－二羟基（Ⅹ）。其中化合物Ⅲ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ为从夏枯草属植物中首次分得。

The phytochemical studies on the berb of Prunella vulgaris L. are concerned with the isolation of six known compounds: oleanolic acid (I),pamyrin (Ⅱ),(22E,20S,24S)-stigmasta-7,22-diene-3-one(Ⅲ),a-spinasterol (Ⅳ),psitosterol (Ⅴ),dauccoterol (Ⅵ),and two pairs of stereoisomers,3β-hydroxy-olean-12-ene-28-al(Ⅶ) and 3β-hydroxy-urs-12-ene-28-al( Ⅷ ),Olean-12-ene3β,28-diol(Ⅸ) and urs-12-ene-3β,28-diol(Ⅹ). The occurance of compounds Ⅲ,Ⅶ ,Ⅷ ,Ⅸ and Ⅹin this gentis was reported for the first time.
