摘要
在体外研究了呋喃苯胺酸对Ca2+和某些致喘介质对离体气管平滑肌收缩的影响。呋喃苯胺酸能明显压低Ca2+和组胺的量效曲线,pD2'分别为2.86±0.03和2.86±0.04,对乙酰胆碱10μmol·L-1和前列腺素F2α5mmol·L-1引起的气管条收缩也有一定抑制作用,IC50分别为5.4±0.16和1.53×104±0.09×104mol·L-1。
Effects of furosemide on the contraction of tracheal strips induced by Calcium and some asthmogenic mediators were studied in guinea pig in vitro.Furosemide caused depress of cumulative (Department of pharmacology,Shanghai Medical University,Shanghai 200032)concentration effect curves elicited by Ca ̄(2+)(from 10 μmol·L ̄(-1) to 10 mmol·L ̄(-1)) and histamine (from 0.1μmol·L ̄(-1) to 0.1mmol·L ̄(-1)) with values of 2.86±0.03 and 2.86±0.04,especially.The inhibitory action of furosemide on acetylcholine 10 μmol·L ̄(-1) and prostaglandin F_(2α)5 mmol·L ̄(-1) was found and the IC_(50) were 5.4±0.16 and 1.53×104±0.09×10 ̄(-4)mmol·L ̄(-1), especially.
