摘要
用电子自旋共振波谱技术观察到小鼠毒黄素中毒后,其心,肝,肾等组织中的自由基液度增高。同时发现,毒黄素体外染毒,使人血白细胞呼吸爆发功能丧失。
Effect of toxoflavin on free radicalformation in murine tissues and human blood cells wsaobserved by electron spin resonance technique. Afterthe injection of toxoflavin into mice,the amount offree radicals were increased in such tissues as heart,liver and kjdncy. In addition,it had been found that intoxoflavin contaminated human blood the respiratoryburst function of white blood cells failed,the fluidity ofred blood cell membrane was decreased.
