药师上临床、开展药物咨询，解答医护人员用药疑难，当好用药参谋，是保障病人用药安全、有效，合理的重要环节。本文介绍了开展药物咨询的概况，试举了药师参与临床用药的几个实例，并提出今后的设想和建议。
