Determination of Furacilin-Ephedrine Naristillae by First Derivative Spectrometry

本文采用导数光谱法不经分离直接测定呋麻滴鼻液含量。该法简便、快速、准确。盐酸麻黄素、呋喃西林的回收率分别为：１００．６８％（ＣＶ＝０．８９％）；９９．１０％（ＣＶ＝０．８８％）。

uracilin-Ephedrine naristillae was determined without pretreatment by first derivative spectrom-etry.The method was rapid,simple and accurate.The average recovery was 100. 68%(CV=0. 89%)and 99.10%(CV=0.88%)respectively.
