摘要
从银杏叶中分离得到银杏内酯A(1),银杏内酯B(2)和银杏内酯C(3),其中用氢氢二维谱(1H-1HCOSY)、碳氢二维谱(13C-1HCOSY)及远程碳氢二维谱(Long-range13C-1HCOSY)等方法对银杏内酯C的氢信号和碳信号进行了较为完满的归属,并首次用NOE差谱技术测定了银杏内酯C的相对立体构型。此外,还报道了银杏内酯B和C的抗血小板活化因子(PAF)活性。
Three kinds of Ginkgolides were isolated from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba. They were identified, respectively , as Ginkgolide A (1), Ginkgolide B (2) and Ginkgolide C (3). In the identification of Ginkgolide C , ̄1H- ̄1H COSY , ̄13C- ̄1H COSY and long-range  ̄13C- ̄1H COSY were applied- Signal assignment of protons and carbons of Ginkgolide C was completely achieved.Further more, difference NOE spectra were used to confirm the relative configuration of Ginkgolide C for the first time. In addition, the anti-PAF activities of Ginkgolide B and C were recognized.
