丹参地上部分有效成分的初步分析

Active constituents of above-gronud portion and root of Salvia miltior-rhiza

为了利用丹参地上部分资源，分析比较了丹参地上部分、根中的活性成分。结果表明，丹参地上部分中未检出丹参酮Ⅱ＿Ａ、丹参酮Ⅰ和隐丹参酮，但含有酚酸类成分；水溶性总酚含量约为根的５０％。

To use the above-ground portion of Salvia miltiorrhiza,we studied the active con-stituents in the above-ground portion and root.Phenolic acids were detected in the above-groundportion,except tanshinone Ⅱ_A,tanshinone Ⅰ and cryptotanshinone. The water soluble phenolicconstitueuts accounted for about 50%of that in root.
