呋喃妥因片的稳定性加速试验考察

Stability experiment of mtrofurantoin tablets

采用加速试验方法，考察了呋喃妥因片的稳定性。结果表明：温度、湿度对其物理性质（外观、崩解）影响甚大；含量亦有所降低，并有少量分解物产生。木实验为评价呋喃妥因片的稳定性，确定其货架寿命期，提供了依据与信息。

We studied the stability of nitrofurantoin tablets by acceleration experiment.Theresults showed that the temperature and humidity greatly influence the physical property(appear-ance,disintegration).The content wasalso reduced,and a small amount of related impurities wereproduced.The experiment provides a scientific basis for the stability and shelf-life of nitrofuran-tion tablets.
