感冒灵口服液的研制与临床应用

Ganmaoling peroral liquor:Its pharmaceutic technology and clinicaleffect

对感冒灵口服液（儿童型）的制备工艺及临床应用进行了研究。该口服液由金银花，连翘，板蓝根，生石膏，芦根等纯中药组成，并确定了质量控制标准。经临床３０例患儿应用，３ｄ内退热率１００％，５ｄ内治愈率９３．３％，效果满意。

Ganmaoling peroral liquor is a pure herbal compound solution developed on the bsis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It is indicated mainly for infections of the upperrespiratory tract,and has been proved effective by clinicaI trial of more than 10 years. It is potentagent for reducing fever and relieving the state of intoxication of the patient.It is particularhelpful in lowering the fever which persists despite profuse perspiration,A study in 30 pediatricpatients showed that 100%of patients restored normal temperature in 3 days,and 93.3%cured in 5 days without side effects; In this paper,we report its main components,preparation technique,quality control and the result of clinical application.
