摘要
本文采用自制“同时蒸馏－萃取”装置提用中药半夏挥发油，运用毛细管气相色谱分离，质谱鉴定出６５个化学成分，并测定了其相对含量。其中一些得率高的物质具有活性，如茴香脑。
The volatile oil of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.)Breit was extracted by simultaneousdistilation-extraction equipment made by ourselves.The components of this volatile oil were sepa-rated by capillary gas chromatogra6hy and 65 components were preliminarily identified by massspectrometry. They were not found previously in this species.
