交流示波极谱滴定法测定益康唑及其栓剂

Oscillopolarographic titration of econazole and its suppository

采用交流示流极谱滴定法，测定了益康唑及其栓剂的含量。在ｐＨ３．０（２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲体系中，加入过量的四苯碉钠沉淀益康唑，用硫酸亚铊标准溶液回滴剩余的四苯硼钠，以示波极谱图上切口的消失来指示终点。在栓剂测定中，采用半微量分析技术，用环己烷预先分离制剂中大量基质，然后照原料药方法进行测定。该法快速、简便，终点明显直观，消耗有机溶剂少，结果比较满意。

Oscillopelarographic titration was performed for econazole and its suppository. Anexcess standard TPB-Na was given to sample solution,to which acetate buffer solution(PH=3.0)was added. Econazole forms precipitated with TPB-Na quantitatively,adjusted the solution toalkaline and titrated the excess TPB-Na with standard thallous sulfate solution. The recoverieswere 100.66%(n=11 ) and 100. 52%(n=6).Relative standard deviations were 0.75%and0.64%respectively.
