复方血立停和血立停止血作用的对比研究

Hemostatic action of complex Xueliting and comparison with Xueliting

本研究采用拉丁方设计方法，对比研究复方血立停和血立停的止血作用。结呆发现复方血立伶对家兔颈动脉、股动脉和家犬股动脉切口出血的止血率分别为９６％，９５％和８５％，显著优于血立停（５２％，４８％和５３％）和白及粉（４０％，３６％和２８％）。经ｘ￣２法、Ｆｉｓｈｅｒ确切概率法和方差分析，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

We studied the hemostatic action of complex Xueliting(Ulmus punzila L. glue pow-der,berberine,Abelmoschus manihot( L.)Medic,Juncas effusds L.)and compared Xueliting(Ulmus pumila L.-bark powder,Ulmus pumila L. glue powder and microcrystal fibre ) with lat-ing -square. We found that complex Xueliting had a significant hemostatic action. The complexXueliting had a hemostatic rate of 96%～95%at 2 min and 1 min,which was much better thanthat of Xueliting (52%～48%)and Bletilla striata powder(40%～36%)on the incisions of thecommon carid artery and femoral artery in rabbit. The complex Xueliting had a hemostatic rate of85%at 3 min, which was much better than that of Xueliting(53%)and Bletilla striata powder(28%)on the incisions of the femoral artery in dog。These results showed that complex Xuelitingis a promising hemostat because of high hemostatic rate,quick effect and firm blood coagla.
