阿糖胞苷脂质体和阿糖胞苷在动物体内的药动学及组织分布

Comparison of pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution between cytara-bine and cytarabine liposome in rats and dogs

对阿糖胞苷（Ａｒａ－Ｃ）及Ａｒａ－Ｃ脂质体分别在大鼠及犬体内的药代动力学及组织分布进行的比较研究结果表明，两组间药动学参数均有非常显著意义。Ａｒａ－Ｃ脂质体比非脂质体在体内分布广，ｉｖ给药后肝、脾、肾、肺、心等组织中的ＡＵＣ值，脂质体组均大于非脂质体组。阿糖胞苷在犬肝内的代谢两组比较，脂质体组较非脂质体组减慢，肝组织中的ＭＲＴ比非脂质体组延长。

The pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of cytarabine and cytarabine liposomein rats and dogs were compared.The pharmacokinetic parameters of two groups differed signifi-cantly.The distribution of cytarabine liposome was wider than that of cytarabine.After iv injec-tion,the AUC of liver,speen,kidney,lung,heart of cytarabine liposome group was larger thanthat of cytarabine group.The metabolism of cytarabine liposome in dog liver was lower than thatof cvtarabine.It’s shown that liposome has protective effect on cytarabine metabolism in liver.
