食管及其他部位的多原发癌22例报告

Mutiple Primary Carcinoma of Esophagus and Other Organs:a Report or 22 Cases

作者等自１９８６年７月至１９９３年７月共收治２２例食管及其他部位的多原发癌，占同期食管癌２．１％，其中同时性多发癌１９例，非同时性３例。全组病例诊断经手术或病理证实。随访结果表明：多原发癌一经确诊若无其他禁忌，应尽早手术。

From July 1986 to July 1993,twentytwo cases of multiple primary carcinoma of esophagus and other organs were treated in our hospital.All cases were confirmed by operation and pathological examination.There were 19 contemporaneous and 3 noncontemporaneous multiple primary carcinoma. Follow-up showed that surgery should be taken as soon as possible if the diagnosis of multiple primary carcinoma was established.
