上消化道息肉的微波烧灼治疗方法探讨

Appoach on Treatment of the Polypi of Upper Digestive Tract by Microwave Burn

本文报告应用微波烧灼法治疗上消化道息肉的效果甚为满意。本组４３２例的总计１０１８颗息肉分布于食管、胃、十二指肠，术后吻合口或残胃等处。息肉大小自０．３ｃｍ至２．２ｃｍ，≤１．０ｃｍ者占９７．５％，分别呈有蒂及亚蒂者１６５例、半球状２６７例。笔者就宽基半球状息肉、有蒂及亚蒂息肉、大于２．０ｃｍ息肉、多于１０颗的多发性息肉、腺瘤性息肉和食管及胃窦部息肉的微波烧灼方法，分别进行了讨论。

In this paper, 432 cases of the polypi of upper digestive tract were treated with microwave burn, and the satisfactory results had been achieved. 1018 polypi were located on digestive tract, stomach, duodenum, postoperational anastomotic stoma and residual stomach. The size of polypi was from 0. 3 cm to 2. 2 cm, and 97. 5% was no more than 1. 0cm. 165 polypi were with pedicle or subpedicle and 267 polypi were half ball shaped. The discussion was carried out on the treatment of following types of polypi, which were wide base half-ball shaped, with pedicle or subpedicle, bigger than 2. 0cm, more than 10 multiple polypi, adenomatoid polypi, and polypi located on. digestive tract and gastric antrum.
