摘要
本文对６６例急性失血患者输血前后，及６４例肺癌病人化疗前后的红细胞分布宽度和血小板分布宽度等参数作了调查分析。结果，急性失血患者的输血前和肺癌病人化疗后的红细胞及血小板分布宽度，均高于正常成人对照组的参数值（Ｐ＜０．０５），化疗使肺癌病人的血小板总数及平均血小板体积明显降低。
In this paper, we reported the changes RBC distribution width (RDW) and platelet distribution width (PDW) in 66 patients with acute hemorrhage pre and post transfusion and 64 patients with lung cancer pre and post chemotherapy. These data showed pre trans fusion and post chemotherapy RDW and PDW were higher than those of normal group (P<0. 05), as a result, PLT and MPV decreased significantly after chemotherapy.
