摘要
用离子镀技术在金属钛表面镀上一层氮化钛薄膜,制成氮化钛—钛复合体,并以纯钛及医用不锈钢作对照,植入12条狗的下颌骨内。经X线片、透射电镜、扫描电镜、电子探针X射线显微分析,结果表明:氮化钛—钛复合体及纯钛形成骨整合及纤维骨整合界面,均可作为种植材料。氮化钛—钛复合体新骨生成启动早,成骨活跃,骨性结合界面形成早。
iN-Ti ceramic composite
implants, formed by ion-planting technique,were placed into
themandibles of 12 dogs and compared with pure titanium and medical
stainless steel as controls. Throughtransmission microscope, SEM and
EPMA testing methods,the results indicated that the interface
ofTiN-Ti implants was osseointegrated and that of pure Ti was
fibrously osseointegrated.Both could beused as implants. The
formation of new bone was more active and earlier in TiN-Ti as
compared to thatin pure Ti and stainless steel.It could shorten the
burdern-free period after operation and make patientsto have denture
earlier.
