摘要
本实验对家兔颌骨造成实验性骨缺损,采用原子吸收分光光度计进行检测,观察用3种不同的方法修复后家兔血清中锌、铜、钙、镁的动态变化,探讨了骨缺损修复过程中它们的代谢变化规律及免疫排斥反应中元素在血清中水平的变化,同时提出骨创伤早期适量补锌具有重要意义。从铜参与抗炎及免疫反应、防止低铜血症角度考虑,补锌的同时适量地补铜也是有意义的。由于机体含钙量较大,一定程度的骨创伤发生后机体并不表现出缺钙的改变。无论机体是否缺钙而一概补充钙剂或大量含钙药物是不适宜的。本实验的研究结果在元素的调配、供给方面,为手术后特别是骨切除及修复后,正颌外科术后的创口早日愈合提供了一定的理论参考依据。
ynamic changes of serum
zinc,copper,calcium and mangnesium were observed by means ofAtomic
Absorption Spectrophotometry in rabbits. The mandible defects were
experimentally createdand repaired with three different approaches to
explore the metabolism of these four elements during therepair of
defects and their changes in serum during immunologic rejection.The
results of the study pro-vided theoretical reference for clinical
supplement of these four elements after bone trauma.
