外周性造釉细胞瘤与口腔和颌面皮肤基底细胞癌的凝集素受体表达

The Expression of Lectin Receptor in Peripheral Ameloblastoma and Basal Cell Carcinoma of Oral Mucosa and Skin

以ＡＢＣ免疫亲和组化法比较研究６种凝集素ＣｏｎＡ、ＷＧＡ、ＤＢＡ、ＵＥＡ－１、ＰＳＡ、ＰＨＡ在外周造釉细胞瘤及口腔和面部基底细胞癌的分布。同时选取正常牙龈粘膜及颌面皮肤进行对照观察。与正常粘膜相比外周造釉细胞瘤及基底细胞癌的阳性细胞数量减少，其阳性程度减弱且有胞浆内的糖原转移。二病损对６种凝集素的表达结果相似。

e conducted a comparative study of the distribution of six lectins, including ConA,WGA, DBA,UEA 1, PSA and PHA in peripheral ameloblastoma and orofacial basal cell carcinoma by ABC immuneaffinity histochemical method.Normal gingival mucosa and facial skin were selected as controls. Theresults showed that gingival epithelium was scanty of PHA and there was even expression of other fivelectins in normal mucosa. The number of positive cells in peripheral ameloblastoma and basal cell carci-noma decreased as compared with that in normal mucosa,the positive degree was weak and there wastransfer of glycogen within cytoplasm. These two lesions had similar response to these six lectins.
