摘要
本文检测了２６例间质性肺疾病（ＩＬＤ）病人和１１例正常对照组血清Ⅲ型前胶原（ＰＣⅢ）含量。结果表明，ＩＬＤ病人ＰＣⅢ含量显著高于对照组；认为血清ＰＣⅢ水平的改变可能作为评估肺内胶原代谢的一个指标。

PC Ⅲ levels were determined in 26 patients and 11 healthy subjects
were selected as a control.The results showed there was a
significantly higher level of PC Ⅲ in diseased group than that in
the control.We speculate that changes of PC Ⅲ level in serum couldbe
a simple and pnacticable indicater in the evaluation of the turnover
of collagen in the lung.
