膀胱癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素－2受体及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的观察

Serum Soluble Interleukin-2 Receptor and Subsets of T Lymphocytes in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Bladder Cancer

本文对３４例膀胱癌术前患者应用单抗ＥＬＩＳＡ夹心法检测血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ，ＡＰＡＡＰ桥联法检测外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群。结果表明：膀胱癌患者血清中ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ含量显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。其Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群与正常组比较，ＣＤ＿４，细胞显著降低，ＣＤ＿８细胞则显著增高．ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８比值显著降低（均Ｐ＜０．０１）。如以正常人血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ含量（－ｘ±２ｓ）４８２ｕ／ｍｌ为上限阈值及ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８比值１．２４为下限阈值，其中的任何一项升高或降低确立为免疫异常，３４例膀胱癌患者免疫异常为７９．４％（２７／３４例）。

he serum SIL-2 were detected with Sandwich ELISA and the subsets of T lymphocytes in the pe-ripheral blood with APAAP method in 34 cases of bladder cancer. The results showed that the level ofserum SIL-2R in bladder cancer group was significantly higher than the control’s ,and the level of CD_4cells and the ratio of CD_4/CD_8 were decreased and CD_8 cells were increased remarkablly(all P < 0. 01)。In normal persons the upper limit of serum SIL-2R level is 482u/ml and the lower limit of the ratio ofCD_4/CD_8 is 1.24,There is an immune abnormality if one of the both items is beyond the limits, immuneabnormality was account for 79.4%(27/34) in 34 patients with bladder cancer.
