散发性戊型肝炎74例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 74 Patients with Sporadic Hepatitis

本文观察７４例急性戊型肝炎病人临床表现，发现散发性戊型肝炎多见于青壮年、老年人也不少见，其中５９例（８０％）有饭店就餐史，７０例（９４．６％）病人呈自限性，重症肝炎４例，死亡２例，死亡率为２．７％，老年人戊型肝炎及乙型、戊型重叠感染临床表现重，其机制尚不十分清楚。

eventy four patients with sporadic hepatitis E(SHE) were reported in this paper. SHE was morecommon in young adults, but not rare in the old persons. 59 patients of them bad a history of hotel-eat-ing. SHE in 70 patients(94.6%)were self-limited.There were 4 patients with acute fulminant or sub-acute fulminant hepatitis, 2 of them died,the mortality was 2.7%. The patients with superinfection ofHBV and HEV and the old patients(>60y) had advanced hepatitis,the mechanism was not very clear.
