摘要
动态观察了博莱霉素(BLM)致大鼠肺纤维化过程中巨噬细胞氧化和抗氧化损伤的变化。结果表明:BLM气管内灌注后肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)中MDA含量第一天即明显增高,第三天达高峰,并明显高于对照组。同时,GSH-Px含量极低,于14天、28天逐渐上升始接近正常水平。认为AM脂质过氧化损伤在肺纤维化形成中发挥一定作用。
onsecutive study on lipid peroxidation of alveolar macrophage(AM ) was made in bleomycin-in-duced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.The results showed that AM MDA content was increased significantlyon day 1, and peaked on day 3 after the intratracheal instillation of bleomycin. Simultaneously,AMGSH-Px content was decreased significantly, and elevated gradually to normal level on day 14,28.Itwasconcluded that AM peroxidation might play a role in the development of pulmonary fibrosis, its re-lation with AM cytokines release remained to be clarified.
