The Distrlbution of CYP450IA1 Genotype in the Han Chinese

细胞色素Ｐ４５０混合功能氧化酶ＩＡ１（ＣＹＰ４５０ＩＡ１）是一种与多环芳烃（ＰＡＨ）代谢活化及肺癌发生密切相关的酶，其活化在型与其基因型有关。本研究为探讨ＣＹＰ４５０ＩＡ１高诱导基因型在中国汉族人群的分布，对２０８名健康中国汉族人进行了ＣＹＰ４５０ＩＡ１基因型分析。结果：ＣＹＰ４５０ＩＡ１基因Ｖａｌ／Ｖａｌ型占８．６５％，Ｉｌｅ／Ｖａｌ型占４１．８２％，Ｉｌｅ／Ｉｌｅ型占４９．５１％，其中高诱导基因型，即Ｖａｌ／Ｖａｌ型男略高于女（９．９２％∶６．９０％），但差异不显著。

ytochrome P450IA1(CYP450IA 1) is associated with metabolic activation of polycyclic aromatichydrocarbon(PAH) and lung cancer. Its high inducibility phenotype correlate with its genotype.CYP450IA1 genotype of 208 Han Chinese were detected by PCR to study the distribution of CYP450IA1genotype in the Han Nationality of China.The results showed that the rate of Val/VaI type(high in-ducibility genotype) was 8.65%, Ile/Val type was 41.82%,Ile/Ile type was 49.51%. The rate of Val/Val type in man was higher than that in woman (9.92%;6.90%),but there was no significance.
