实验性梗阻性黄疸对家兔胃体粘膜的损害

Injury to the Mucosa of the Mucosa of the Gastric Body by Experimental Obstructive Jaundice in Rabbits

２３只家兔胆总管结扎后一周，有２只动物胃粘膜出现急性糜烂性改变，２１只动物胃体粘膜无肉眼及光镜可见的异常变化，但扫描电镜观察发现胃体粘膜上皮细胞扁平、界限不清，或见散在孤立的上皮细胞破溃脱落。这些损伤性改变可能是梗阻性黄疸时易发生急性胃粘膜病变的基础。

fter one week of the ligation of the common bile duct in rabbits,acute gastric erosive lesion wasfound in 2 of 23 experimental animals. In other animals(21/23 ).gastric mucosa was normal by nudergross inspection and light microscopy, while flattened gastric mucosal epitheliums,vague limitation ofcells or the solitary rupture and exfoliation of epitheliums were found under scanning electrical mi-croscopy. Nether of these darnages was found in the control group(n=17).It is suggested that jaun-diced gastric mucosa is not normal,the damaged changes may be the pathologic base of acute gastricmucosal lesion in obstructive jaundice.
