沈阳地区不同时期分离的淋球菌抗生素敏感性和质粒图谱的研究

Study of Susceptibillty to 14 Antibiotics and Plasmid Profiles of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae Isolated in Shenyang in Different Period

本文对１９８９年以来６年间在沈阳地区分离鉴定的１９７株淋球菌进行了１４种抗生素的药物敏感性检测。结果显示，不同时期分离的淋球菌对壮观霉素、头孢三嗪、环丙氟哌酸３种药物保持稳定的敏感性。对复方新诺明的敏感性由１９９３年以前的７２．６６％下降到１９９４年的５３．４５％，差异显著。对青霉素等７种抗生素的敏感性百分率均有所提高，差异显著，β－内酰胺酶检测结果及质粒图谱分析表明：不同时期的分离株质粒的携带情况和产青霉素酶的淋球菌（ＰＰＮＧ）阳性百分率无明显差异。

his study is to determine susceptibility to 14 antibiotics of 197 strains Gonococcus isolated inShenyang area during 1989～1994.Results showed that tha susceptibility of Gonococcus in different pe-riod to Spectinomycin,Ciprofloxacin,and Ceftriaxome remained constant,to Sulfarmethoxazoletrimethoprin has droped from 72.66%before 1993 to 53.45%in 1994(P<0.05).To Penicillin etc 7antibiotics all rose(P<0.05).The result of β-Lactamase detection and plasmid profiles analysisshowed that the positive percentage of PPNG and state of plasmid carrying has no evident variation indifferent period isolates.
