摘要
总结６４例功能性肾上腺皮质腺瘤的主要临床症状、体征和ＣＴ表现。介绍了肾上腺ＣＴ检查方法及避免漏诊的措施。分析讨论了各种功能性肾上腺皮质腺瘤的ＣＴ表现特征及鉴别诊断等。

functionaladrenocortical adenoma.The methods of CT scanning of the
functioning adenoma and the measures ofavoiding missed diagnosis were
introduced.The CT features of every functioning adenoma and the
dif-ferential diagnosis of the adenoma from other adrenal masses were
also analyzed and discussed.
