摘要 本文介绍的小循环心功能仪是一种简便、无创伤的心脏功能检测和心、肺疾病辅助诊断仪器。它是依据“小循环心功能”的理论、方法,采用反映生物体容积变化的电导纳技术,从血液容积波动角度,在早于压力改变之前对小循环的变化作出客观、灵敏地显示,并对波形进行同步分析和自动识别处理,从肺静脉负荷角度给出左心功能及左心前负荷的分级,由肺动脉波形变化给出相当于右心收缩时间间期(“RSTI”)等定量指标及其它检测分析、处理结果。 The lesser circulation cardiac function system introduced in this paper is an advanced apparatus which can detect cardiac function conveniently with no invasion and can make auxiliary diagnosis of various heart and lung diseases.Depending on the theory and method of lesser circulation cardiac function and utilizing the technique of admittance plethysmography which can reflect the volume change in biological body,from the angle of blood volume undulation,this apparatus can give an objective and sensitive display of the change of lesser circulation prior to the change of pressure,make synchronous analysis and automatic identification of the wave,give the classification of left heart function and left heart pre-load from the angle of pulmonary vein load,give the systolic time intervals of right heart from the change of pulmonary artery wave,and give other quantified results of analysis and process.
