本文叙述了一种采用８０９８单片机和图形ＬＣＤ显示器技术而设计的便携式急救心电监护仪。它能提供实时、准确和高清晰度显示的心电（ＥＣＧ）波形和主要心电参数的数字显示。这些参数是通过ＥＣＧ自动分析处理技术而得到的。该仪器还有心律失常监护、２４小时趋势图和报警参数设置等多种功能，具有体积小、成本低的优点，特别适用于急救情况下的临床诊断和监护。文中给出了仪器硬、软件设计和初步临床测试结果。

This paper describes a portable emergency ECG monitor developed by using the single chip computer 8098 and the liquid crystal graphic display(LCD).It can provide immediate, accurate,high resolution display of ECG waveforms and numeric displays of the main ECG parameters via the automatic ECG analyzing and processing technology. The instrument also has various functions, such as arrhythmia monitoring,respresentation of 24 hours trend graph and alarm parameters setting.It has the advantages of little volume and low cost and is especially suitable for clinical diagnosis and monitoring in emergency cases.The hardware and software design of the instrument are presented and preliminary clinical results given.
