摘要
实验应用电镜和镧示踪技术观察小鼠严重烧伤早期心肌改变。发现心肌肌原纤维疏松、模糊,闰盘局部扩张,线粒体增生和变性,以及间质水肿等。镧颗粒穿过心肌的细胞膜进入细胞内,表明心肌细胞膜通透性发生改变。结果提示烧伤早期出现的心率、心律失常与心肌本身的病理改变有一定关系。
Using lanthanum tracer, we investigated the ultrastructure and the cell membrane permeability of mouse cardiac muscles in the early stage of severe burns. The main pathological changes included loosening and flocculation of myofibrils, local dilation of intercalated discs, incrsase and degeneration of mitochondria, and edema of interstitium. Lanthanum tracer located inside the myocardial cells, which indicated that the permeability of cell membrane was increased. The present study suggested that the onset of abnormal cardiac rate and arrhythmia in early stage of severe burns probably related to these pathological changes.
