摘要
本文介绍应用窄蒂呈旗形的邻指皮瓣修复指端缺损,术后3-5天断蒂,共15例17个手指,均取得了良好效果。
A narrow pedicled cross-finger flap procedure for repair of fingertip defect is described. Its shape resembles that of the so-called flag flap. This technique was applied to 15 cases (17 fingers)and satisfactory results were obtained. The advantages include easy to rotate, comfortable positioning and avoidance of joint contracture.
