摘要
1986年元月至1987年6月,共应用吻合血管的拇甲瓣移植再造拇指13例,示指2例,都取得成功。作者认为,肋骨移植优于髂骨移植。讨论了移植技术的改进,并报告了2例典型病例。
From January 1986 to June 1987, 13 cases of thumbs and 2 index fingers defects were reconstructed by free hallux nail flaps. All cases got satisfactory results both cosmetically and functionally. The authors suggest that a rib graft is superior to an lilac-bone graft. In this paper, operative technic of free hallux nail flap transplantation is discussed and two cases are reported.
