摘要
行下颌体前部截骨或下颌前部根尖下截骨的颌畸形矫治术时需做颏成形的病例中,于两颏孔之间距、下颌缘上方0.5cm处截取颏外板,以供上述正畸矫治术式完成后,将其贴附移植于保留的颏缘前方行颏成形术共已31例,外形效果满意。
It is often necessary to perform genioplasty in the same time of the surgical orthodontics. From Feb. 1985 to Feb. 1987, 31 cases of genioplaties were accomplished by using of cortical plate of mental mandibular bone. The ages of patients were franged from 17-37 years old The results of operations were satisfied.
