胆囊切除术后胆总管直径的超声观察

ULTRASOUND STUDY OF THE COMMON BILE DUCTDIAMETER AFTER CHOLECYSTECTOMY

胆囊切除术后胆总管直径扩张尚有争议。本文对８４例择期胆囊切除术后无症状病人，术后半年以上复查Ｂ超，观察其胆总管变化。结果发现；７６例没有变化，９例扩张。因此，胆囊切除术后胆总管多数并无扩张。

Postcholecystectomy dilatation of common duct has been a matter of controversy. In this STUdy, 84 patients who were asymptomatic 6 month or more following cholecystectomy were retured for sonography of the binary duct. The results shows: there were equality of the common duct in 76 patients and enlargementin 8 patients. It is conclude that postcholecystectomy diltitation of the common bileduct not occur in most patients.
