摘要
本文调查了１例打磨镁合金引起接触性皮炎病人，并对其接触史、临床表现及发病原因做了综合分析，结果表明：工人在抽风及个人防护不良情况下，镁合金屑擦伤皮肤暴露部位，皮肤可出现发痒、疼痛、红斑、气泡及肿块等接触性皮肤表现，且改善劳动条件，加强个人防护，接触性皮炎是可以避免的。
The author investigate a case of contact dermatitis <CD> induced bypolishing AM, and by a comprehensioe analysis of the contact history, clinical manifestation and cause of desease, he give us the fouowing conclusion: under the condition of convulsions or pure protection, the worber is easy to be scratched by AM onthe skin. This can Lead to Such CD symptoms as tickling, pain, red spot bubble andmass, but it can be avoided affer the working condition and physical protection areimproved.
