摘要
应用39.72J/cm ̄2的He-Ne激光连续14天照射健康大鼠脊背正中线皮肤,并同时分别与亚剂量的免疫抑制剂环孢霉素A、硫唑嘌呤相配合,观察了它们对T、B淋巴细胞数、淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(S、I)、10 ̄6个淋巴细胞CPM数的影响。结果表明:大剂量He-Ne激光和Az唑嘌呤均可降低大鼠B淋巴细胞数。大剂量He-Ne激光、环孢霉素A、硫唑嘌呤及激光照射与二者配合,均可使淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(S、I)在试验后4周内较试验前明显降低。
Healthy rats were irradiate by He- Ne laser in the dose of 3 9.7245J/cm ̄2 on the midline of dorsal skinfor 14 days continuously and the medication of a immune inhibitor(CsA or Aza)at a lower dose was applied at thesame time.The numbers of T-cell and B-cell,S.I and the number of CPM of 10 ̄6 lymphocytes were monitored for 4weeks after the above stated treatment were applied.The results are as follow:Both laser irradiation and Aza candecrease the number of B-cell;S.I,was significantly decreased in 4 weeks after the freatment of large dose He-Nelaser irradiation,inedication of immune inhibitor(Aza or CsA)or their combination.
