腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除加尿流改道术的进展

Progress in laparoscopic radical cystectomy plus urinary diversion
摘要
根治性膀胱切除是目前治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的最有效的手术方式.全膀胱切除后,随之而来的问题是如何行尿流改道.尿流改道的主要形式有回肠通道术(bricker ileal conduit)、间歇性导尿可控性膀胱术(kock or indiana pouch)及原位新膀胱术(studer or sigmoid neobladder),尿流改道也应用于难治性的下尿路梗阻、尿瘘或神经源性膀胱的患者.
