物理抗菌喷雾敷料治疗Ⅱ度烧伤感染创面的临床观察 被引量:1

Clinical Observation of Healing Efficacy of JUC Physical Antimicrobial Spray Dressing in Treatment of Second-Degree Infected Burn Wounds

摘要 目的:观察物理抗菌喷雾敷料治疗烧伤感染创面的疗效和安全性。方法:采用开放性临床观察,分别选择同体、同深度、相近或对称部位的浅、深Ⅱ度感染创面进行自身对照观察,在常规治疗的基础上,局部使用物理抗菌喷雾敷料或SD-Ag,比较两组创面平均愈合时间、感染情况及细菌检出结果。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组创面平均愈合时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。浅Ⅱ度烧伤治疗10 d后,深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗14 d后,治疗组较对照组细菌检出率明显减少(P<0.05)。治疗组用药前、后创面细菌检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见明显的不良反应。结论:物理抗菌喷雾敷料有良好的抗菌功能,未发现明显的不良反应。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and security of JUC Physical Antimicrobial Spray Dressing in treatment of infected burn wounds.Methods:The patients suffering from superficial Ⅱ infected burn wounds and deep Ⅱ infected burn wounds were subjected to the randomized auto-control trial.Each wound was divided into two parts,and the application of the drugs was random.JUC Physical Antimicrobial Spray Dressing was used in treatment group and SD-Ag in control group after routine treatment.The average healing time and detection rate of bacteria were observed.Results:The healing time was not significantly shorter in JUC Physical Antimicrobial Spray Dressing treatment groups than the controls (P>0.05).After the treatment of superficial Ⅱ burn wounds for 10 days and deep Ⅱ infected burn wounds for 14 days,treatment group had less detection rate of bacteria comparing with control group. The pre-treatment and pro-treatment detection rate of bacteria of treatment group had statistics discrepancy.There was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:JUC Physical Antimicrobial Spray Dressing has a good antimicrobial function and without obvious side effects.
